Carol-Veronica was recommended to me by someone she worked with at a law firm in Raleigh. Previously, I had a bad experience with a Realtor and I wanted someone who would really put forth some effort to get my house sold. Well, Carol-Veronica was the answer! An offer was made on my house as soon as Carol-Veronica listed it. I was doubtful it would go through but reluctantly went through the process. The buyer wanted to close at the end of the month so Carol-Veronica got busy and found a home for me right away. She is very knowledgeable and really does her homework. We closed on our home in February 2006. We are so overwhelmed that words can´t express how we feel. We waited a long time for this moment and as we sat at the closing table we just couldn’t stop thanking Carol-Veronica. She worked so hard along with her Lender, Jessie, to get us in our home. We wanted to give up a few times but Carol-Veronica kept telling us to hang in there SHE WILL get us in our home. AND SHE DID! I bought my home from Carol-Veronica in 2003 and my family and I have remained very close friends to this day. What stood out for me was Carol-Veronica’s dedication and commitment to making sure we got the right home with the monthly mortgage payments we wanted. Even though we qualified for more, Carol-Veronica knew how important it was for us to get the payments we wanted and she kept us focused on our long term goal. The process got overwhelming at time, but she was there to remind us of what we told her was important to us when we first met her. I referred my brother to her and he got his home in 2004.

I worked with Carol-Veronica in 1999 at a law firm in Raleigh, and I remembered when she emailed me to tell me she had gotten her real estate license. Having been a co-worker previously, I had gotten to know her and so when I got ready to buy my home, she was the first and only call I made. I knew her character, I knew that she would be honest with me and that she would make sure my children and I were well taken care of. We love our home and we love our Realtor and friend. In 2006, Carol-Veronica sold my first house in record time and helped me buy my second home. If you need a caring agent, who looks out for you, call her.

I think we may have been among Carol-Veronica’s first clients when she started in real estate. We bought our home in 2001 and we would recommend everyone to her. We have become such great friends and after all this time, she still visits our home. She was even there for the birth of our first child, Justin Matthew Liles, in 2006. Carol-Veronica is a part of our family. Now in 2007, we have our house on the market, with Carol-Veronica of course, and she’s our agent as we upgrade to buy our second home. My husband and I bought our home in 2002 and Carol-Veronica was our agent, she really listened to us and focus on what we told her was important to us. She kept her word in all matters and if we asked her something she was unsure of, she quickly told us she didn’t know but would call someone who did. She always makes sure the information she gives is correct. Since then my sister and my brother bought their homes through Carol-Veronica and she didn’t disappoint. My sister and I are proud to call Carol-Veronica our friend, we email regularly and talk on the phone occasionally. When thinking of buying our first home, many of what we considered to be “first-time home-buyer” questions arose. It is with great pleasure that we announce that June went out of her way to make this process as easy and smooth as possible for both of us.

In the very early stages, June set up a meeting for us with a loan officer. June went out of her way to make sure that we could find our dream home. From the moment we approached her about looking for a house she was able to provide us with listings, information, and services that helped us find our new home. June was always available when we wanted to go look at a random house, and when we found “the one” she stayed on top of everything that needed to be done at the house, keeping in constant contact with us and the seller’s agent, and arranging all of the meetings that needed to take place (eg. viewings, inspections, and closing). We really didn’t have to do anything once we found the house expect make sure that we got the materials needed to June; she took care of everything else – it was great!

Our first home buying experience was extremely stress-free and easy because of the hard work June Phelps provided for us. I would recommend her to anyone and hope that she knows we are forever thankful.
